What we collect

When you sign up, we store your name and email address. When you forward booking confirmation emails to Tucky, we receive the content of those emails so we can extract your travel details.

How we use it

Your forwarded emails are processed by AI to extract travel details — dates, times, locations, confirmation codes. These details are stored as structured trip data so you can view and share your itinerary.

Email handling

Forwarded booking emails are processed to extract your travel information. We never access your inbox directly — you choose what to forward.

We may also use forwarded email content, in anonymised or pseudonymised form, to evaluate and improve Tucky's AI parsing pipeline. This helps us handle more booking formats accurately over time. If you'd prefer your emails not be used this way, contact us and we'll exclude your data.

Subprocessors

We use the following third-party services to operate Tucky. Each processes your data only as necessary to provide the service.

  • Google — sign-in and Gemini AI for parsing your emails
  • MongoDB — database storage
  • Cloudflare — DNS, email routing, and storage
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Resend — sending emails from Tucky
  • Langfuse — AI observability
  • Anthropic — AI assistants we use to build and maintain Tucky

We do not sell your data to anyone.

Where your data lives

Our providers operate globally. Your data may be processed in the United States, Asia-Pacific, or the European Union, depending on the service.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete individual trips at any time. Deleting your account removes everything: your profile, trips, events, and email archives. To request account deletion, contact us at team@tucky.app — we'll action it within 7 days.

Under GDPR you have the right to erasure and data portability. Contact us to request a data export or deletion.

Cookies

Tucky uses session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookie-based tracking.
