Frequently asked questions

Everything you might want to know before you start forwarding.

Is my email safe? What does Tucky do with my emails?

Tucky only sees emails you explicitly forward to plans@tucky.app — we never access your inbox. We store the raw email temporarily to extract your travel details, then use only the structured data (dates, confirmation codes, addresses) going forward. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

What types of bookings does Tucky support?

Flights, hotels, car rentals, trains, ferries, activities, and restaurant reservations. If it has a confirmation email, Tucky can almost certainly parse it.

Do I need an account?

Yes — you sign in with Google or create an account with your email. This links your forwarded emails to your trips and keeps your itinerary private.

What if Tucky misreads a booking?

You can edit any extracted detail manually. Parsing isn’t perfect — we improve it with every email we see.

Is it free?

Yes — and there will always be a free tier with the core features. We’ll introduce paid plans for power users closer to launch, but the essentials will stay free.

When does Tucky launch? How do I get access?
